No Chicken Broth

Note: This makes a large batch of broth.  I store mine in a mason jar so it's ready when I need it.

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons granulated onion
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.  Process for about 30 seconds.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Use 2 tablespoons of the powder mixture per 1 cup of water for broth.
